In which cases can I request an exchange or return?
You may request an exchange or return if:
● Your item arrived damaged or defective.
● You ordered the wrong size.
● The product is not what you expected.
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition:
● unworn and unused,
● without signs of damage,
● with all original packaging included and in perfect condition.

Non-returnable items
Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
● Custom-made or personalized pieces
● Limited edition or made-to-order collections
● Earrings, for hygiene reasons
In addition, sets or necklace combinations must be returned complete and cannot be partially exchanged or refunded.

● The first size exchange within Greece is free.
● Returns and exchanges within Greece have a shipping fee of €5.
● Returns and exchanges within the European Union have a shipping fee of €10.
● International returns outside the EU may include additional shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes depending on the destination country.
