Yes, all of our jewelry pieces are handmade and crafted by us in Greece, with a strong emphasis on uniqueness. Some are entirely created by hand from scratch, while others are made using traditional goldsmithing techniques, such as the lost wax casting method.
What materials are used?
We use materials such as 925 sterling silver, brass, gold-plated silver and brass, glass, and semi-precious stones, as well as other selected materials depending on our collections.
Can I request a custom-made piece?
Υes, custom creations are available upon request. We can design and craft a jewelry piece or artwork based on your ideas. With great care and respect, we work closely with you to achieve the desired result. Custom orders are confirmed after consultation and require a deposit.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
As we use different techniques, the level of durability may vary between pieces. We encourage you to wear your jewelry as part of your everyday life. There are always ways to restore a piece and make it look like new (care tips are included with your order). We recommend storing your jewelry in its original packaging, carefully selected by us to help prevent oxidation.
Is there a return policy?
Yes, returns are accepted within 15 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 days from the moment we receive the item. Custom-made products are excluded.
How are the products packaged?
Our products are carefully packaged in specially selected packaging designed to protect the jewelry and prevent oxidation. Whether it is for yourself or as a gift, the packaging is highly refined, beautiful, and offers a unique aesthetic experience.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay via debit/credit card, through bank transfer or cash on delivery.
Where can I find my purchase receipt?
The purchase receipt is included inside your package in printed form. If your order is intended as a gift, you can request to receive it in digital format so that it is not included in the package.
Which countries do you ship to?
Besides Greece, you can receive Eros Y Alma creations in Cyprus, all European Union countries, as well as most destinations worldwide.
How do I choose the right size for me?
