The name Hydrangea comes from the Greek words ὕδωρ (water) and ἀγγεῖον (vessel) — meaning water vessel.

This is because the plant “thirsts” easily and needs abundant water to bloom.

In 18th‑century Europe, the hydrangea was considered a flower of refined beauty and was often gifted to people believed to have a “delicate soul.”

All the flowers we use are either handpicked or grown in our own garden, then carefully dried by us using different techniques that we have developed and refined over the years, ensuring that each flower is preserved in its most beautiful form.

Discover the art of nature with Eros Y Alma’s handcrafted stained‑glass ornament, featuring dried Hydrangea Ortensia flowers. Each glass hanging piece is one of a kind and may vary slightly from the photos, as natural flowers are never exactly the same.
